Property Information (if you already have a contract on a house)
·         Purchase Agreement
 

·         If you have sold your home already, copy of settlement statement (HUD-1)

Income & Assets

·        Pay stubs for the last 30 days
 
·        Names and addresses of each employer in the last 2 years
 
·        W-2s of the most recent 2 years
 
·        Statements for each bank, and/or investment account for the last 2 months
 
·        If you have made any large deposits to your accounts
 
ü  Explanation and source for deposit
  
ü  If large deposit was a gift:
 
o   Signed gift letter (my template of gift letter)
 
o   Copy of gift check
 
o   Copy of deposit receipt
 
·        If you own more than 25% of a business
 
ü  Corporate or partnership tax returns
 
·        If self-employed
 
ü  Tax returns for the last 2 years (with all schedules)
 
·        If you own rental property
 

ü  Tax returns for the last two years and current rental lease.

Debts

·       Names, addresses, account numbers, balances and monthly payments on all current loans

Miscellaneous

·       Residence addresses for the past two years
 

·       If you are not a citizen, a copy of the front and back of your green card
